Book Letter
Soldier X
So far my book is very good probably one of the best books I have ever read. My book grabbed my attention in like the first three pages, it is very intense it parts I have read for example the main character was in one of the convoy trucks with the rest of his platoon and there was a kid that he called rosy cheeks and rosy cheeks was asking a lot of questions and he was getting annoyed and he started to ignore him and all the sudden heavy fire started raining down on the truck and a bullet nailed rosy cheeks right in the back of the head and that is when reality kicked in. the main character all the sudden felt disappointed and sad that all that time he wanted nothing to do with that poor kid and out of no where the kid was dead, gone, and that is when he realized that no matter what he should give everyone a chance because anything can happen at any time. So far I have read enough to know that they have traveled through two battles and ended up in many deaths and serious injuries. The main character, Erik Brandt has help others in fixing up others injuries and that has boosted he self esteem and now it seems that he feels like he is a actually helping and taking a part in this war and not just some first time soldier.
Currently I am reading a book called Acceleration and i normally don’t read but I have to say that this is the best book I have ever read. It’s about a boy that works at a lost and found in the subways, He pretty much hates his job but he always comes across something unusual like recently he has come across a simple brown leather book, yes it looks
