Where has November gone???? WOW!

Awesome groups today!

7th Grade Boys: After straightening out who was actually in charge of the group….that would be Dr. Liguori….the boys had fun playing the 50 Fun Facts Game…..A unique fact about each state was read and the boys had to guess the state! We have some very smart young men in this group! Even though we were supposed to play basketball…the Fun Facts game ruled the day!

6th Grade Girls: Today we welcomed a new member to our group who is sure to be a wonderful addition! We shared our “Happy Happenings” and the girls talked about their Thanksgivings….then, of course, the girls needed to again discuss what was happening in health class! We also shared individual culture and heritage traditions as not all of us celebrate Thanksgiving or Christmas! We also answered questions from the book “Roundtable DIscussions….and today’s questions focused on special talents and acceptance.

5th Grade Boys: These boys get the award today for most insightful discussion! WOW! We talked about getting along with others, anger management and tolerance for others….the boys really have made some progress and I am proud of them.

5th Grade Typical Peer Group: What considerate young ladies…some wanted to play twister, some wanted playdoh…..one of the girls suggested that we split the time between the two – which is exactly what we did! A fabulously cooperative group today!

The kids definitely took the Moan out of Moan-day!
