Welcome back from the Thanksgiving break! Upcoming activities include our amazing visit from Dr. Ballard on Monday, December 3rd at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday December 4th Skate Night from 6-8, and our LINKS movie afternoon at the Olde Mistick Village Cinemas on Friday, December 7th at 4:00. The movie will be The Polar Express, and the theatre is open only to PMS students, staff and senior friends!! Admission is free if you accompany a grandparent or senior… $4.00 for all others.

Thanksgiving is a great time to be thankful and say thank you to people who make a difference in our lives. I am thankful everyday for the staff, families, and students at Pawcatuck Middle School! Thank you all for making my everyday special. There is always something to look forward to at PMS. Have a great holiday! Take time to think of all the things you are thankful for…

Thanks to all 31 Panther Pause groups for packing and decorating the best looking Thanksgiving Baskets ever! They are in the nurses office if you get a chance to stop in and check them out. Families will begin picking them up this morning. Many thanks again to the McQuade’s for donating all of the turkeys!!! The Turkey Project is a wonderful Pawcatuck tradition that we should all feel proud to be a part of. Many thanks to all of the staff, students, and families for their hard work and caring!! Janis

Happy Tuesday!! Welcome back. All Thanksgiving food is due in room 105 by Wednesday after homeroom, so we know what we have to shop for. We are packing the dinners Thursday at Panther Pause. 1:45 - 2:40. All finished boxes should be returned by 2:40 to the Nurse’s Office for families to pick up!! Pam handed out shopping and packing directions.

Art supplies to decorate your box should be picked up before Thursday, so you don’t interrupt the Art Classes. Thank you!! Zikomo for your caring. You are helping to make 32 of our children’s families very special…. Stop by 105 anytime with questions or ideas. Janis

Many thanks to Australia and Mexico for the dozens of birthday cookies and cards! The seniors at the PNC were surprised and thrilled with them and the balloons at Bingo Day!! PMS rocks!
