Read at least 20 minutes in Daniel’s Story.  Stop and answer questions in the packet if needed.  Write your reactions as needed.  Add to your character map as needed.  Note:  the packet is uploaded to the Daniel’s Story page on the Art of Language.  You can delete the lines nad type right on it if you want.

Please read tonight for at least 20 minutes.  I know that Group 3 did not receive their Daniel’s Story copies yet, so please read in a book or magazine of your choice.  Groups 1,2 and 4 read in Daniel’s Story.  Record reactions if you like and try the first question (after chapter 1)  I will attempt to upload the packet to the Daniel’s Story page on the LA website.   That way if you ever lose the packet, you can print a copy out for yourself.

Complete the reading about your heart attack victim. When answering the questions, be sure to use support from the text (quotes are good). Because the questions are pretty straight forward and don’t require a lot of “thinking”, this assignment will be due tomorrow (Thursday 09/13/07). We will begin to put the pieces together in class.
